I like ur homepage, the pix, the overall layout. Rather diff from other personal homepages though. NAME: Daniel Tay COMMENTS: Fine- Sharp interesting reviews. A must for all movie enthusiasts. NAME: Andrew Hanson COMMENTS: I love what you have done with the place. I used to own your lot. It used to be a poetry page. Looks good what you have done. I agree with most of your reviews. I'll check your page out from time to time... Nice site. I enjoyed the reviews. I thought The Postman was pathetic however and deserved the worst movie of the year. O'l Kevin is struggling. NAME: Charlie Lowe COMMENTS: Griffin, what a super web site you have created. My wife and I watched Gwyneth in The Perfect Murder last night. She is a super actress. Her and Michael Douglas were perfect together. I really like the images you made of Julia. Those are great. NAME: Shoon Peng COMMENTS: Worth bookmarking Favourite movie - Titanic Very easy to navigate and I like the colours you chose. Suits my taste. Well done. NAME: Liyan COMMENTS: Favourite actor - Leonardo Dicaprio Favourite movie - Titanic, Saving Private Ryan Favourite movie of 1998 - Saving Private Ryan Favourite Ost - Pretty Women, Romeo & Juliet Best looking Female Actor - Liv Tyler, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Jennifer Lopez, Natalie Portman Best Looking Male Actor - Leonardo Dicaprio, Ethan Hawke Saving Pte Ryan has to be the best movie of 1998. It's brutally honest and realistically portrayed with all the blood and gore of war. I thought the first scene with the battle on the beach was the scene that tugged most at one's heartstrings. The entire movie is thought-evoking as many are made to think about disastrous consequences of war especially in a country like ours where the idea of war rarely enters our minds. The emotions experienced by the soldiers, their families as well as the innocent victims were not lost either. A movie so good it's worth every single cent of you ticket and every minute of your time. NAME: Villia Fraciscus COMMENTS: Interesting This site is great. Say, you'r pretty good at these stuffs eh. NAME: Edwin Kheng COMMENTS: Well, I must say that you've really evolved since this site was created. I was there at your groundbreaking and watched your site improve and expand.... Top marks for your extensive database on the top 100 films and I must say that your reviews are usually spot on.. Athough much of it still panders to personal preferences... keep up the good work... I'll definitely pass this site to my friends.. Anyway, I think that you're right about Joe Black being underrated whilst You've Got Mail is simply too high up on the pedastal. The former does make you feel about the movie other things.. while You've Got Mail is just a movie to watch and forget. Loved The Matrix. As a sci-fi junkie, I thought a depressing and hopeless look at a computer-ruled future was so much fun. I still don't like Jim Carrey but I'm glad he forgo the funny faces in this show. NAME: Ho Yew Kong COMMENTS: Favourite movie - Terminator 2 : Judgment Day Favourite movie of 1999 - The Matrix Best looking Female Actor - Rachel Weisz Thought that the Mummy was darkly fascinating with the description of the deadly curse napsume and the inevitable release of the dreaded mummy in the first half of the show. The second half of it deteriorated to a kind of comedy with rather irritating humour injected in all the wrong places. Basically with the Mummy too powerful to kill by ordinary means, the ending was unspectacular..a start-good-end-bad movie. Rachel Weisz was absolutely stunning in the show though- very refreshing look and British accent. Babelicious. NAME: Daen Ng COMMENTS: Favourite movie - Pretty Woman Favourite movie of 1999 - The Sixth Sense Best looking Female Actor - Julia Roberts & Michelle Pfeiffer Best Looking Male Actor - Tom Cruise & Brad Pitt NAME: Kenny COMMENTS: Favourite actor - Claire Danes in Romeo & Juliet Favourite movie - The Sixh Sense Favourite movie of 1998- The Sixth Sense Best looking Female Actor - Gwyneth The Sixth Sense is the best movie in 1999, well according to me anyway. It has gripping suspense which literally makes you grip the sides of the cinema seat; with credible acting from the boy and on top of all that, a great plot. Simply love it. The Matrix too.
