Concert:Backstreet Boys Venue:Ottawa Date:March 28th, 1997
Hey, I'm Sandra and like many of you, I love the Backstreet Boys. Aren't they just the best?! In March I was lucky enough to see them in concert. I don't really have a story behind it, but I had the best time of my life. When we got there, at 7 pm, we had to wait for the BSB to come out. It took them about an hour or so. I was really mad that we had to wait sooooooo long, but you know what? It was worth it!! When they finally came out, the first song they sang was "We've got it going on". They changed the song a bit, because I think they got bored of singing it over and over and over and....anyway, going back to the concert. After singing it, the BSB went back and changed their clothes. When they got back, and looked very very cute, they sat down and sang a song they used before, when they didn't have their own songs yet. After that came "Who do You love". They wouldn't sing the whole thing because they want us to get their new CD, which is coming out on August 12. After that song, they all sang "I'll never break your heart". During the concert, Nick played the drums, which he is very good at. Hey....few more months, and they won't need Tim anymore!! Just kidding! We all love Tim, don't we?! Also, Keving showed us how good he is himself, at playing the piano. At the concert, each of the boys sang a song by himself. Kevin sang "10,000 promises", Howie- "Betcha by golly wow", Brian-"One last cry", Nick-"Heaven in your eyes". I'm not sure what AJ was singing, but I think it was "Brick House". I have some of the wavs, so if you want them, e-mail me! So that's the whole story! It was great to hear the Boys live. I had lot's of fun. Oh! There's one more thing...I left too early!!!!!! I missed a part of "Quit playing Games"!!!!!!! But when I heard it, I got back as soon as possible!!!! I can think of 15 songs so far, that The Boys were singing on the concert.
