Fashionably Questionable Yet Amazingly True

What your eyes are beholding is a magnificent picture of Jodie Cox, with her date Mike Holt, myself, as we attended the Unity Ball, prom if you will. By just looking at this picture you may not be able to identify the substance that our complete attire is constructed of, it's DUCT TAPE. I'm serious! It took over 3 weeks of strenuous labor and almost 6 rolls of Duct Tape. After thinking about it you might just say "Oh that would be easy, I'll just cover my existing suit with Duct Tape." Not So in this case. Jodie and I made large sheets of Duct Tape material then she sewed them from patterns engraved in her mind.

Jodie's formal was constructed by weaving strips of gray Duct Tape to create a checkered look. My tuxedo was sewn in strips to give it a striped look. My vest was created using basically the same technique as was used for Jodie's formal. This time smaller rolls of gray, black, and white, strips of Duct Tape were weaved slightly at an angle giving it the look you see. My bow tie was made of gray Duct Tape then accented with black Duct Tape. The whole ordeal was quite an incredible accomplishment.
