Combat: A weapons golem attacks with its "weapon-arms,"with one attack for each arm. The weapons "held" by a weapon golem can vary from swords to axes to whips or any other weapon its creator decides to attach. It may be fitted with magical weapons and magical armor for its defense. It has all the other abilities and vulnerabilities of other golems as stated in the Monstrous Manual tome.
Habitat/Society: Weapon golems are created guardians and have no native habitat or a society to speak of.
Ecology: Weapon golems are only created by mages of level 20 or higher. A weapon golem requires 6 months of construction time and the aid of a metal-worker. It costs 20,000 gp to build a normal two-armed weapon golem complete with weapons and armor. Magical armor and weapons may be added, which increases the cost to 22,000 gp. Alternatively, up to four extra arms may be fitted which adds 1000 gp per arm. For example, a weapon golem with four extra arms (six total) and magical armor and weapons costs 26,000 gp. It also requires two gems of 1000 gp value each. The spells required to animate the golem are wish, polymorph any object, geas, and enchanted weapon.
