• Pinktop, the 'garden shot' and the MK group photo are my own scans. The group shot was taken from the British magazine Cable Guide.
• The lovely shot of Bridgette on a bed of red satin (gulp!) was from an online art seller and found by Bira. I didn't have $300 burning a hole in my pocket, so I let the print pass me by ;)
