After Harm recieves a medal
“Lieutenent Commander Rabb, you may single handedly give lawyers a good name... Congradulations.”
“Thank you, Mr. President.”
--President and Harm
“Well done, Commander.”
“Thank you, Sir.”
“Very well done.”
“Don't over do it, Mr. Roberts, he's a Naval Aviator, with his wings comes an ego as big as an Admiral's.”
--Admiral Chegwidden, Harm and Bud
“Lets don't judge Mr. Webb to harshly, no doubt transporting the Declaration of Independence was his responsibility, and if it's not recovered he'll be spending his mornings reading the classifieds.”
Harm laughs “Yes, Sir.”
“And so will the three of you...Dissmissed.”
--Admiral Chegwidden and Harm
“We have 33 minutes, Commander.”
Harm looks at his watch “How do you do that?”
“I've got great timing.”
--Mac and Harm
When Harm and Mac rent a truck and go undercover to talk to her uncle.
"Hey there’s a bed back here!"
"So!?! (very accusingly)"
"It fits our cover story!"
--Harm and Mac
“I got pulled off a double murder case to work this investigation, and I doubt it's because of my vast experience with mail holdups in Arizona.”
“Well it wasn't the Admiral, he shoots straight from the shoulder, Webb on the other hand is probably devious taking a leak.”
--Mac and Harm
After Bud explains to Webb about seeing satallites by looking into the sun
“All I'm doing is going blind.”
“Well, that's why they stopped using it, sir.”
--Webb and Bud
"Do you have anything to pick up?"
"I'm a Marine, Harm. First to go. We always keep a packed bag in the car."
"I guess that's the difference between sailors and Marines. I keep golf clubs in my car."
--Harm and Mac
" I keep forgetting I don't know you."
--Harm
“That’s a very nice smile, and I'm sure most of the time it gets you what you want, but I don't know you, Commander, so if you don't mind, I'll keep my personal reason to myself.”
--Mac to Harm
"Where did you find this sailor, Sarah?"
"In a Rose Garden, Uncle Matt."
--O'Hara, Mac
While Harm is hanging out of a helicopter:
“Permission to come aboard!”
“Permission granted!”
--Harm to Mac
"Leave it to the Marines."
"Most people do."
"First man on the beach, and first to break out of Groton Brig."
"No one's ever broken out of Groton."
He puts a file on her desk
"You're not kidding??"
She picks up file and reads through it.
"My god...this Magida must be one resourceful Marine."
"Huh...When you're done Semper fieing, can you point me in the direction of the Billings file? The Admiral's got a bug up his six about the appeal."
"I think it's over there"
He starts looking as she reads Magida's file in amazement.
"How do you find anything in here? It's like a free-fire zone."
"I know exactly where everything is....except the Billings file."
"Could you be a little more specific with your directions, Mac??"
"Try over there....."
Harm turns to talk to her, when he notices the Billings file on her desk.
"Billings, Arthur."
He points to it and gives a little smirk, then he takes the file and starts to leave the room.
"HEY....make sure you put that back where you got it..."
She says matter of factly. He looks back at her skeptically.
--Harm and Mac
"Ask Commander Rabb if he intends to talk to me about the Billings appeal before 'Taps'."
--Chegwidden to Petty Officer Tiner
“What are you doing back here anyways, Webb, I thought you had a lady waiting?”
“Yeah, well,.....Maybe I don't want to see that kid dead either.”
“Well I'll be damned”
“Oh, don't try to bond with me Harm, I'll get sick.”
--Harm and Webb
"He said you could join us Bud."
" I can't sir, Naval tradition demands that a sailor not leave his shipmates."
" Get out here Bud."
" I'm sorry sir" to himself..
" You're a good man, Lt."
--Harm and Bud
“We're running out of time here, son.”
“Three minutes if your right about Osborne only giving us a half hour, Admiral.”
“How the hell do you do that, Major?”
“I don't know, sir, but I'm never off by more then 30 seconds.”
--Admiral Chegwidden and Mac
"Is Commander Rabb going to murder me, because that’s what it would be?!"
"If I have to"
--Osborn and Harm
“Thank god you didn't pull that trigger, Commander.”
“Your concerned about me?”
“Not about you, sir. About the Commander. My weapon doesn't have any bullets in it,
sir.”
Harm and Admiral Chegwidden: laugh
--Magida and Osborne
Harm gives Bud a list of things to do for the day.
"Does this mean that you're not mad at me anymore, sir?”
"I was never mad at you, Bud. It's Mac that's always complaining about you." said in a
teasing tone, but Bud still looks perplexed!
--Bud and Harm
"How about you? Anyone manage to tame Harmon Rabb?"
He turns his head.
"Hmmm....I
didn't think so."
"It's not as hopeless as you might think."
"No! No, I know. It just has to be the right woman. Don't worry, I still have faith in you.
You're basically good material."
"Basically??"
"I mean... if you were perfect, you would have fallen in love by now."
"I'm working on it...."he strokes her hair.
--Annie Pendry and Harm
"You don't get it, do you? Those men lay it on the line everyday. Some die--for this
country--for you. If you can't support that, then you just back the hell off!!"
--Harm to annoying reporter
“If you have some evidence I should know about....”
“You'll eventually get it, and then you can plea bargain.”
“In your dreams, Commander.”
“Oh, you don't want to be in my dreams, Major.”
“Red light, Commander.”
“Red light? There was nothing sexual in what I said, and if you think there was, then
maybe I should be giving you the red light.”
“Why don't you just face it? Sooner or later you have to loose a case. This just happens to
be it.”
“Loosing your first case is a right of passage.”
--Mac ans Harm
"You've got all four food group there, Major--salt, grease, dead animal, and ketchup."
--Harm
“What made you change your mind?”
“What made you?”
“I didn't stop being your friend, you stopped being mine.”
“Well, what did you expect me to do after the way you sandbagged me in court.”
“You mean out lawyered you.”
“Out lawyered me? I fell for it because I thought you were a friend, and a friend doesn't
sandbag a friend.”
“Where were you raised?”
“Where friends don't sandbag friends.”
“That's somewhere in Ohio, isn't it.”
“Haa, cute does not work in me, Harm.”
“I wasn't being cute. I was being funny.”
“Yeah, like you fired that HNK in court?”
“Well, I thought it was pretty funny when you ducked under the table.”
“I'm a Marine, Harm. Marines don't duck.”
“Well, what do Marines do?”
“They take cover, but they never duck.”
--Harm and Mac
"Something tells me that Commander Rabb had his day as a pollywog."
"The first time I crossed the equator, I got hosed, I had to do maybe a thousand sit-ups, I
got dunked twice, and I had to crawl through the tunnel of moral courage blindfolded."
"What I wouldn't give to have been there. As an observer of course."
--Harm and Mac
"Hell, when I crossed the equator, I spent a half-hour slow dancing with Bob Fredricks."
"Did you date much afterwards?"
--Harm and Mac
“What about DNKH?”
“Well, that's the technical one, Major. Damn Near Killed Herself”
--Mac and CAG
"How tall are you?"
"Excuse me?"
"How would you feel if I told you that you look really cute in that uniform, and that you
should dye your hair platinum blonde?"
He looks down, checking himself out for a moment.
"6'4", I'll give your regards to my tailor, and platinum really isn't my shade, ma'am."
--Congresswoman DeLong and Harm
Harm and the CAG walk into the flight room.
"You miss it?"
"Sometimes. Never at night."
--CAG and Harm
“I just had a scary thought.”
“Their children?”
Harm and Mac
“But, I thought you said this Barnes was a ghost?”
“Well Major, I guess that makes you.........ghostbusters.”
--Mac and Admiral Chegwidden
"Fake it."
--Harm
Mac: “At any point did you try to revive him?”
Danvers-“Yes ma'am. We tried to get him on his feet and walking, but he had stopped
breathing. Malcom, I mean, Shipment Holmes even tried mouth to mouth resusitation.”
Mac and Bud laugh
Harm- “Can I see you outside a moment, Major? You too Lieutenent.”
They walk outside
the office. “You think this is funny?”
Bud laughing- “No, sir.”
Mac- “Come on Harm. You got to admit that it was...”
Harm- “Bill is dead, Mac. They killed him.”
Mac- “Harm, he's a goat. They gave mouth to mouth resusitation to a goat.”
Harm- “Bill has been the Annapolis mascot for as long as I can remember. Although that
may mean nothing to an OCS graduate, it means a hell of a lot to anybody that has ever
attended the Academy.”
Mac- “Come on Harm. It was an accident. Don't tell me when you were at Annapolis you
never did anything like this?”
Bud- “Yeah, well, Keiter told me that Commander Rabb was lo.....”
Harm- “Lieutentent, this conversation is not about me. Now let's approach this with a little
more dignity.”
“Game Warden, one of the worlds top ten thankless jobs.”
“Before or after JAG officers.”
“It's a toss up really.”
--Harm and Mac
“Think you can stand, Marine.”
“Unless you plan to carry me.”
“Well, maybe you should have layed off the Beltway burgers.”
“Yeah, and you worked out more.”
--Harm and Mac
“Yes, I noticed that hes car is still parked out front. I take it he hasn't come back yet.”
“Boy, you naval officers just keep getting smarter, woooo.”
--Bud and the Guy in the hanger
“I can still bitch about freezing my butt off, can't I?”
“Quit your whinning. You've got ten percent more body fat then I do.”
“Are you calling me fat, stick boy?”
“Stick boy? Women just naturally have more insulation the men.”
“And don't think that I'm going to forget that Beltway burger remark.”
“Hey, I don't force you to eat that crap. Stick boy......stick boy.....”
--Mac and Harm
“You really know how to show a girl a good time. Most guys at least make me breakfast
after I spend the night with them.”
“And how many would that be?”
--Mac and Harm
“Come on, let's go.”
“I can't, I'm sorry, I can't.”
“What do you mean, you can't? Your a Marine. Come on Mac. What happened to that
gung ho, semper fi, kickass jarhead I used to know? Don't let me down now Mac. We've
made it this far. Damn it. This is precisly why we shouldn't allow women in combat 'cause
when it comes to the clinch you know their going to fall apart. If you were a real
Marine....”
“All right all ready. Shut up. You've made your point.”
--Harm and Mac
“What did you want me to tell you?”
“Lots of things.”
“You asked me something before we were shot at.”
“Oh, what happened to Sarah?”
“Nothing, she lives in Bellville, Pennsylvania.”
“Do you still love her?”
“I'm wild about her...she's my grandmother.”
--Harm and Mac
“Do I have a say in this, sir?”
“Not if your smart.”
--Harm and Admiral Chegwidden
“We'll get her.”
“Hey, you want to keep this low profile right? She gets one look at you guys and she's out
of there. On the other hand, she likes me.”
“Think it's the uniform?”
--Secret Service Agent and Harm
After the princess kisses Harm:
“That really isn't a very good idea.”
“I thought it was a damn good idea. Too bad I didn't think of it.”
--Minister Kepish and Harm
“She's gone. Slipped past security sometime in the last hour.”
“The princess?”
“No, Chelsea Clinton. Of course the princess.”
--Webb and Harm
After they here a noise:
“What was that?”
“Pigeons.”
“Pigeons?”
“It's mating season. Sex is a full contact sport if your a pigeon.”
--Webb and Harm
“Harm, I know this is like dancing with your sister, but you could just pretend it's fun.”
“Mac, I don't think of you as a sister.”
“You don't?”
“No, I don't.”
--Mac and Harm
Mac, knocks on the door: “Harm?”
“Very nice, Major.”
“You too. I was always a sucker for dress whites.”
“Well you know what they say about dress whites and gold wings.”
--Mac and Harm
“What they say about dress whites and gold wings....”
“Yeah?”
“Very over rated.”
“We'll see.” ( to himself)
--Mac and Harm
“A little late. Arn't you?”
“30, 35 seconds.”
--Harm and Mac
“Can’t we leave him there sir? Just for a little while!”
--Bud to Harm (about Webb)
“He can't do it?”
“Give him time.”
“We've only got 46 minutes.”
“How do you do that?”
“It's a Marine thing.”
--Mac and Harm
Mac and Bud are in the elevator.
Harm waves goodbye...
"You're missing me already aren't you?"*GRIN*
"Yes sir"
Mac looks at bud... ya right kinda look.
--Harm, Mac and Bud
“Recon marines are trained to be a tight group. They won't like the idea of talking about
one of their own and this Captain Coonan has got quite a reputation.”
“For what ma'am?”
“For eating JAG officers for lunch.”
--Mac and Bud
“Got to admire your restraint Gunney, you held off decking that jerk for a good 2 maybe 3
seconds.”
“Man, I don't remember it hurting this much.”
“Don't tell me you're out of practice, Gunney.”
“Well you know, it's getting harder and harder to find a good bar fight.”
--Telsa and Harm
"You are loving this new relationship aren't you?" *GRIN*
"Not as much as you are loving your new infantry career."
*GRIN*
--Harm and Mac
“Ah, sir? Just for the record, the man's a bit of a loose cannon.”
“Yes Lieutenent, but as far as I know, so are his attornies.”
--Bud and Admiral Chegwidden
“Bud, if you were a girl, I'd kiss you.”
--Harm to Bud
“Red light, Commander.....Does this mean I get my Gameboy back?”
--Bud to Mac
“Keeping up a pretty good pace for an old man.”
“The last couple of miles are a cool down.”
“O really. How far are you going today?”
“The usual, 10 miles. You?”
“The usual, 15.”
--Mac and Harm
“He's not in the computer.”
“So what does that mean?”
“Either he hasn't been admitted or he was taken straight to the morgue.”
--Receptionist and Mac
“I'd like to keep you overnight, for observation.”
“In the hospital?”
“Well, I think it's a little early in our relationship for you to stay at my place.”
--Doctor and Harm
“Oh, you mean my partner. I'm between relationships.”
“Well, let's fix one thing at a time, shall we.”
--Harm and the doctor
“Where the hell is everybody?”
“Are you in labor?”
“No, I'm here to have my teeth cleaned, what's it look like?”
--Pregnant Woman and Harm
“That's two I owe you. I'm Jenna.”
“Mac.”
“You're with the goodlooking sailor that doesn't look both ways before crossing the
street.”
“Yeah, his name's Harm.”
“Well, I hope your friend, Harm is staying out of trouble.”
“If I know Harm, he isn't.”
--Doctor and Mac
“He wants to know how many centimeters you're dialated.”
“Oh, it feels as big as the Grand Canyon. Oh come on, I've got nothing you haven't seen
before.” Harm looks.
“Well.”
“Well, I can honestly say I have never seen that before.”
--Pregnant Woman and Harm
“Before I kill you, I just want to know. Who are you?”
“Lieutenent Commander Harmon Rabb, Jr., but my call sign is Zapper.”
--Mustafa and Harm
“This basically comes down to who has the biggest......”
“Ship?”
“Something like that, yeah.”
--Harm and Mac
Major MacKenzie posing for a picture between two visiting Russian Officers.
"Why do I have the feeling that I'm about to become a Russian Pin-up girl?"
--Mac
“How long have you been standing there?”
“Long enough.”
“Long enough for what?”
“Long enough for me to realize you are unlike any woman I have ever met, but not quite
long enough for me to fall in love with you. Good punch, Major.”
“Wait 'till I get warmed up.”
--Mac and Zolta
“XO, I have to see the Captain after I get cleaned up.”
“What happened to him?”
“Marine Corps hickey.”
--Mac and XO
“That suprised me.”
“Some men value their enemies more then their friends.”
“Including you?”
“Need you ask?”
--Mac and Harm
“Oh my goodness. The Admiral sent Sarah MacKensie.”
“You nervous all ready?”
“And why would I be nervous?”
“Well you know, I have beaten you before.”
“That doesn't count. I dropped that case.”
“Yeah, you keep dreaming, flyboy.”
--Harm and Mac
“Put it to bed, Mac. Not because of Holst, I couldn't give a damn about Holst, but I do
give a damn about you.”
Harm to Mac
"She did good today."
"Uh? Oh, Major MacKenzie? Yes sir, she was great, sensational. She really did a good
job."
"I said good, Bud, not the second coming."
--Harm and Bud
"DO something!!"
"What?"
“OBJECT!!”
"On what grounds? I'm not a magician, Chief. I can't make a murder go away."
--Mac and CPO Holst
“We've been working our sixes off for that misrable, lying, son of a bitch.”
--Mac to Harm
"Once you reconize the enemy you can defeat him"
--Harm
“Strange, isn't it? We say somehting's in the past, but it never really is. I carry my dad with
me wherever I go.”
“That's okay, as long as he doesn't weigh too much.”
“He doesn't, not anymore.”
“It's about time.”
Mac punches Harm: “Jerk.”
“Ouch.”
--Mac and Harm
"I guess defending western civilization makes people horny"
--Bud (to Harriet on the beach)
"Once you reconize the enemy you can defeat him"
--Harm
