I've compared the Sci-Fi Channel and CBC airings of this episode to see how much difference there are between them. Here's a summary of what I found. No guarantee someone wouldn't find anything else.
tease:
Recap of previous episode is the same on both.
CBC: 1:39 SFC: 1:39
* * * * * * * * *
Act 1:
CBC has about 45 seconds of scenes of Rebecca being dressed as Madame D'Urfe.
- - - - -
After Louis' line: I will be the envy of every man in Paris
SFC continues:
Fool: Suspicion is a second skin on this Fool.
Louis: Talk straight.
Fool: Take care around this woman.
Louis: I think you're jealous of her.
Fool: Wary of her, certainly. Jealous? Now that's a dog with differnet fleas.
He barks, growls and exits as Louis turns back to the mirror.
SCF also has about 10 more seconds of Rebecca being put in the coach to go to Louis.
CBC: 9:50 SFC: 9:46
* * * * * * * * *
Act 2:
CBC starts with about 20 seconds in the Phoenix with Passepartout. He sees Rebecca but, as he calls out her name, the dials all go crazy and again.
CBC: 8:09 SFC: 7:44
* * * * * * * * *
Act 3:
CBC has a bit more of Passepartout in the Phoenix:
Passepartout: Forward! Backwards! Future! Past! Slow down; wrong place! Start again; go past. Speed up; get back!
And joins SFC as he says: Getting dizzy.
- - - - -
SFC:
After Passepartout salutes himself, we see Lavater skulking around a bit before it cuts to Rebecca.
CBC: 8:43 SFC: 8:33

Act 4:
CBC
After Rebecca tells them that Richelieu has taken Louis prisoner
D'Artagnan: Alas, we must save him.
He kisses her hand as they move off.
Rebecca: Jules,
Jules: Yes?
Rebecca: Who are those people?
Jules: The Three Musketeers
Rebecca: Oh. Of course. Really? It's just like Dumas.
- - - - -
SFC:
After Passepartout in the white room, cut to Louis is standing above Richelieu:
Richelieu: Get down.
Louis: I am still your King.
Richelieu pull him down, knocking him to the ground and mockingly says: Your Majesty.
Joins CBC at the fight in front of the window.
- - - - -
After the fight scene where Rebecca hits the guy and he hits her back, I think SCF has a couple more fighting scenes while CBC has this:
Richelieu: It's as it should be, since I am a Cardinal, that my views should all tend toward religion. I would suggest you pray... fervently... Sire.
Richelieu gives a mocking bow as two masked guards take Louis away.
CBC rejoins the fighting scene.
- - - - -
CBC takes it's last commercial break after they go into the Phoenix.
SFC's last commercial is after Phileas gets Cavoir's challenge CBC: 15:54 SFC: 15:16
* * * * * * * * *
Overall running time:
CBC 44:15 SFC 42:57
