"That's it? "It's been real" and a slap on the ass? After this whole new experience of a whole different life, none of them remember it and Mulder gets a new apartment? Bad enough we lost his office but now no apartment!?! I think the greatest thing that could have happened from this episode is for Mulder to come away with the idea of what sort of life he doesn't have. But, if the show isn't going to change plot wise or character wise, either for the good or the bad, why bother? Oh, and on a tangent, it was great acting for both of them when Scully broke the news to Mulder. To deny someone their life is a terrible thing. Oy, I figured Scully wouldn't be able to pull a cure out of her hat, but still! This episode left me with absolutely no feeling of finality, change, or... or...ANYTHING!! If they're not even going to remember a case, why have it? We might as well not have seen it! But beyond all that, I just don't think the i's were dotted, or the t's crossed, it just didn't capture the excitement, or anything of 'Dreamland I.' On another tangent, I want a serious episode, I love all the funny ones, but I think they need to get back to at least one of the good ol' monster of the week where Mulder and Scully have no personnel involvement. Another thing, how long can they keep Mulder and Scully away from the X-Files? This is driving me nuts. Either throw them out or give them the files, I want things to be back to normal, changed (maybe with Scully's name on the door) but normal. I'm sure this is just a one time offense, every show can have a bad episode, so I'll just look over it, next week looks good, I hope it is."

"I really like the acting this season from David and Gillian, who are both so intense, but the writing on the show has to get more streamlined. The promise of the first part of this story gets displaced in it's second half and one quickly realizes that the story would have been a classic one shot episode. There really was no need to drag the proceedings out into a meandering second half, thereby taking away what would have been great additions to the first episode and giving us a throw away conclusion. Highlights of what would have been great additions to the first part of Dreamland are: a faked Scully and Mulder bondage scene( although this is interesting, the almost but not quite sex scenarios are getting very very tired ), a face melded couples' makeout scene, and a lucky Mulder gets the girl ending. Not only was I, as an audience member, forced to endure a meaningless two parter but Mulder who hasn't gotten any action for years must have been pissed off for having to be dragged through two full episodes before finally getting laid."

"Have you noticed the direction of the humor? I am really enjoying the evolution of X-Files. But, this episode didn't have near the quality of humor that the first one did. I enjoyed the scene of Morris trying to get naked with Scully, and Mulder's apartment did need a serious overhaul. I'm glad Scully was not fooled for too long, and it's highly improbable anyway (aliens and government conspiracy are much more realistic). How did the two redneck lovers get switched to begin with? There must have been another flight test done. I was thinking that Scully and Mulder (when in Morris' body) were going to kiss after Scully said, I'd kiss you if you weren't so ugly. Thank god they didn't, I wouldn't want Scully's divine lips to be tainted."

"The episode was very interesting, and there was some cool stuff throughout to be had... The introduction of Mulder's 'bedroom' was great... I counted at least 3 pornos that fell out of the boxes. The handcuff scene was great. A nice classic move by Scully there. And then the great idea behind the scandals in Europe, like Saddam, that were made to distract the American public from the truth. And also, the scene between the switched Mulder and the offical that sabotaged the aircraft asking him if there really was existance of extraterristrial life. It was a great episode. Compared with some others though, it's just average, but I'd have to say it's the best I've seen of the season thus far. "I'd kiss you if you weren't so damn ugly." -Dana Scully"

"I thought that this was a really good episode. Especially for a second parter! By the end of the episode, I felt like killing that other guy! I don't know how anyone could be married to a woman lie his wife. Oh well. I'm still waiting for the day when Mulder and Scully really do get together. Hold on all you shippers! It will probally happen sooner or later!"

"I thought the show was cool and kinda werid."
