Change of Personal Information
If for any reason, there has been a change in any of the information submitted when you registered as a voter, simply send notification via e-mail. Send both the changed piece of information and your personal voter registration number (VRN) to XFEOS with the words "XFEOS-Change" in the subject line.

Cancelation of Membership
To cancel your membership to XFEOS at any time, simply send an e-mail to XFEOS with the words "XFEOS-Cancel" in the subject line. In the body of the message, be sure to type in your VRN. If the subject line does not appear as stated above and/or there is no VRN, your membership will NOT be cancelled. You will receive a notification of membership cancelation.

Voter Registration Number (VRN)
Each member of XFEOS has their own unique VRN that was assigned to them upon member registration. If you have forgotten or lost it, e-mail XFEOS with "XFEOS-VRN" in the subject line. We will send you another copy of your VRN.

Submitting Surveys
To submit your episode opinion survey, simply hit 'Reply' on the weekly survey sent via e-mail. Be sure that you DO NOT alter the subject line. The first line in the body of the e-mail MUST contain your personal voter registration number. The submitted survey will be disregarded if there is no VRN. The second line contains your rating of the episode. The rating system is 1 to 10, with one being the lowest and ten being the highest. Please no decimals. Any ratings that do not fall within the range of 1 to 10 will be dismissed. After that, you are free to write what ever comments and opinions about the episode that you please. Comments are an optional part of the survey. Surveys should be submitted as soon as possible.

Submitting Surveys for Previous Episodes and the Movie
Members of XFEOS can submit a survey for any of the past episodes of The X-Files plus the movie, Fight the Future. For more information about this, click here.

Results of the Surveys
Within a few days of the airing, members are welcome to view the results of the survey. The results will be posted on the corresponding XFEOS results page for all to view. Each member who submitted that week's survey will have his/her name (first name and the initial of their last name), e-mail address, rating, and comments on the page.

Sending E-mail to XFEOS
Any mail that is sent to XFEOS should be addressed to 'XFEOS@aol.com'. Please have 'XFEOS' somewhere in the subject line or else it causes confusion in my mailbox. Please, feel free to e-mail XFEOS with any questions or comments.

Harrassment
Any member of XFEOS who continually disrupts any other member will immediately be dropped from the program. We will not put up with that type of chilidish behavior. If you are being harassed by another member, please notify XFEOS immediately.
