** Down In Flames ** -Reel Big Fish

Trumpet Tabs

1. The notes you should play are indicated by the appropriate letters.

2. No note lengths - just number of times played. You *should* be able =

to figure out when and how=20

long notes are played. They do this in guitar tabs, so it shouldn't be =

too big of a problem.

3. Sharps are indicated by a "+", flats by a "-".

4. Octaves - To indicate octaves, I use numbers. 1 refers to=20

the lowest octave of a note, 2 the next, 3 and so on. So, super low f =

sharp (all three valves) would=20

be +f1.

5. A short set of notes surrounded by parentheses, followed by a "*" and =

a number means to play that

phrase that number of times. Also, if you see "1x" or "2x" that =

indicates, in this case, the time=20

it's sung by the lead and then the reverb, respectively.

***Note from me: Format by: olorin@ibm.net email: =

dipersniper@earthlink.net this particular song=20

was damn tricky, cuz u can't hear half the horn lines. Especially in the =

chorus.
