After a tipsy one night stand, two New York neighbors seem to have nothing in common.
He's an unnoticed plumber; she's an unproduced scriptwriter. But when the plumber pretends
to be a film director to get himself noticed, the writer builds on his scam to get her
script produced. Each thinks they are using the other to get what they want. To their
surprise they end up discovering that what they may want... is each other.
