Chapter 7 Scottie - Prince Charming
Joanna, playing Cinderella looked up and into Scott’s eyes, this wasn’t part of the scrpt, she moved her face closer to his and he backed away. She wasn’t going to kiss him?! Was she, he leaned back and purposely dropped the fake sword he was carrying. “Oops” he muttered and bending down to pick it up, prtending that it was just an accident. The curtains went across and Scott breathed a sigh of relief, “phew that was close” he though turning away and walking into the dressing rooms. Mrs. Williow, approached him and congratulated him and he beamed happily. He quickly changed, he had to get out of there before Joanna caught up with him and besides he was going to Burger King with his mates in five minutes and he still had to go and see his family they’d be waiting for him right now. He approached the large crowd and looked around for his family. “Gosh, it Prince Charming!” a little girl shouted out in glee. Scott crouched down to the little girl’s level and took her hand. “And you must be the princess I’m looking for!” he said taking her hand a giving her a little kiss. The girl giggled and pecked him on the cheek. “So I guess you’ve finally found yourself a girlfriend Scott!” said a happy voice. Scott looked up and his heart fluttered. Amrit stood above him grinning. He waved to the little girl and got up off the ground. Loz came and stood next to Amrit. Amrit took a piece of Scott’s long, curly hair in her hand and they giggled. Scott’s hair was still shoulder length and curly from his last stage perfromance as Curly in Peter Pan. He had decided to keep it that way until this play was over. “You really need to do something about that hair!” they said in unison in between giggles. Scott grinned too and they walked up to their families who were all talking in a large group.

Sean, Thuy and Fran and Justin the Jerk Sean’s idea hadn’t worked as planned, all it had done was hurt Fran. Sean wasn’t going to have this! He stormed out the front door and headed for the football ground. Justin had said he didn’t want anything to do with Fran, he had been rude and nasty to her. Sean was fuming and as soon as he caught up with the loser, there was going to be trouble, a punch was definately in order. Just as Sean approached the football area he saw two figures, Thuy and Justin! Sean moved closer just in time to see Justin give Thuy a flower and lean forward and kiss Thuy. Sean kept walking towards the two, he dodged a tree and missed seeing Thuy pull away from Justin. He punched Justin hard and Justin fell to the ground and then Sean kept walking down the path casually. “Sean!!” Thuy called after him. Sean didn’t turn around. “Save it for someone who cares!” he called back at Thuy and kept walking. Thuy started to run after Sean then thought better of it, she turned back to Justin, threw the flower he had given her at him and walked on home, tears welling up in her eyes.

Scott - Spikes!! Scott exited the hairdresser trailing after the four girls, Tanya, Billie, Amrit and Loz. “He was surrounded by girls, but what was the problem with that?” He thought and smirked to himself! He had a new short hairdo like the one he had had before the production but slightly longer. Loz and Amrit had suggested leaving it longer, so that they could make it go spikey. They walked over to the chemist to buy some hair wax for Scott then spent the whole afternoon fiddling with his hair. The wax sure smelt nice and having the girls around him all day was also a bonus. Scott though he should get his hair cut more often! The finished product, five hours later, was a cool or coolies as the girls said new hairdo, which kinda looked like a hedgehog. He liked it! “Wicked!!” he said with a grin.
