Michelle Yeoh credit for Michelle Khan , who is the world's top Asian Female Action Star ever known. Michelle was born on August 6, 1962 , in the Malaysian tin-mining , palm oil and rubber town of Ipoh . She lived with her parents and her younger brother. Ever since she started to walk , she loves to dance. She describe her childhood as no responsbilities , no worries , just good friends and her family. Michelle excelled at almost every sport , representing Malaysia as a schoolgirl in squash , diving and swimming. She also enjoyed rubgy , which must be a sign of her future taste for the rough and tumble of action movies. After her high school years , her desired in ballet and dancing encourage her to enroll at eh Royal Academy of Dance in London .She spent 4 years in England studying ballet ,but a back injury put an end to her dreams . She had to study Drama instead after her injury . She said that it would help her with her expression. During her studies , she has developed english and because of that she has a british ancest. She never thought of becoming an actess because all she wanted to be was a dancer , a choreographer, a teacher , or anything to do with dancing. Anything to do with Drama was the farthest thing from her mind , but things change a bit. After grauating and having a Bachelor Degree in art nad minored in Drama , she went home for the holiday. For some reason , her mom and her friends thought that it was going to be a great experience and basically good fun for her to be in the beauty contest. So they entered Michelle without her knowledge . Because Michelle didn't want to be annoy by her mom again , she went with the flow.
To her surprise , she won Miss Malaysia in 1983. As the year came to an end , she was offered to do a commercial in Hong Kong by Dickson Poon , a multi-millionaire. He had Jackie Chan to agree to do this commercial and her was trying to find the right girl. Michelle's friend suggested her. So she hopped on the plane , got ther and did the commercial and then they offered her a film contract for two years.

So by her thrid movie , "Yes , Madam!"(1985) , she was showing off her stunt she performed : outrunning two thugs by smushing through a plate-glass window , made her famous . from that point movie and frame was coming her way, but after two other movies , she married Dickson Poon in 1988. She retired from the movie and apparently to help her husband with his career. She got bored and fed up. She used to go shoppong virtually everyday , then come home with six bages and throw them in a coner and cry . (How Sad) :< So the two got divorce , childless after three years. No one dare to mention about it in front of Michelle.
No on talk about it not even Michelle. She always tired to run away everytime there was a question about her husband. But one thinig for sure they are still friends. Right after her divorce , she was asked by Stanley Tong to do a movie with Jacie chan . He thought that it was a great idea to put the two top fighter on the set together .
Michelle accepted . Story 3: SuperCop (1992) was her comeback film. In perhaps her most famous stunt ever , she rode a motorcycle off a steep hill onto the roof of a speeding train. She said " I have to show the audience that I am capable in doing this stunt after thrid years." (Note: She haven't ever rode on a motocycle before. It was so brave and dangerous to do so. Movies was coming one after one other . In 1995 , she made more five movies . In 1994, three. In 1996 , when she was mading the film of Ah Kam , she accidently broke her back. She jumped 15 meters off a freeway over pass but missed a pile of boxes that were meant to soften her falll . She had basically folded in half backwards. If she hadn't been as flexible as she was , she would probably have been killed. Michelle suffered deep-tissue bruising , but no braken bones. She was in convalescence for three months . And that delay the film from going on . She was so hurt and miserable about the fall. She kept blaming herself for what had happenned. But soon after 4 months she recovered from her injury and finished th film .
A year later , she attendantedthis cermony and the produres of James Bond was there too . they thought that Michelle would be a prefect parnter for Pierce Brosnan in starring in the lastest James Bond movie. (Tomorrow Never Dies). At first , the producers thought they were getting just another Bond Girl ---wearing a bimbo in a bikini. But Michelle quickly proved to be a mighty watch for the legendary agent 007. In Tomorrow Never Dies , Michelle plays Wai Tin , a Chinese secert agent who teams up with Bond to fight in the evil media , who sets off wars by reporting phony conflicts on the TV stations. She said," I proud to be this character . Wai Tin is the first Bond Girl who is on a par with Bond , someone who can match u with him mentally and physically. Michelle was to ride pillion on a huge BMW motorcycle as it careens backwards on a narrow platform 330 feet above the ground with Pierce Brosan , handcuff. It was so cool , and exciting to see. And they jump down the banner together too . Oh , yeah I forgot to mention that Michelle has a new boyfriend name Alan . they been going out for about 2 years now. They are open to it now , but before they kept it so close . I haven't heard anything about them getting marry. But I hope that Michellle will still be an actress even after her marriage.
