Before he was hired onto "Power Rangers Turbo", or shortly afterwards, Roger Velasco guest starred on an episode of the popular TV series, "USA High", which airs on USA Network. This episode, entitled "Gotta Dance!", has Roger portraying semi-attractive Latino dancer Fernando, who gets recruited by the dance instructor to be Winnie's dance partner after her former partner is disabled. The plot thickens when Christian, Winnie's boyfriend, suspects that Fernando is hitting on her, and sneaks backstage before the big dance show and has Lazzarini basically kidnap Fernando so Christian can go on in his place and be near Winnie.
