Robin Hood:  Prince of Thieves (1991) (Warner Brothers)

Synopsis:

    When Robin of Locksley returns home from the Crusades, he finds his home destroyed and his father killed.  As he tries to solve the murder of his father, he comes in contact with a group of men wanted by the government, who hide in Sherwood forest.  Robin begins to fight against the evil sherrif Nottingham and protect Marien from him.  All of the traditional characters are there, and a new one is added through Azeem, a moor who owes a life debt to Robin.

My Rating:
The film starts out great, but it gets sillier as it goes on (ie, trying to fight soldiers seen through a telescope).  But it is still fun, and the action is pretty good.
