My Rating:
This is one of Disney's more enjoyable adventures.  I think that if Disney were to remake this film, it would be really good, unlike some of their other remakes.  The action is good, and the story is fun.  It drags a bit at times, like the Christmas scene, but otherwise, it is a fun ride.
