Real Name: Gayle Edgerton

Gayle Edgerton once had a relationship with Jonothon Starsmore before he became Chamber. Angry with him for leaving her, Lady Edgerton approached Emplate who granted her the ability to feed on mutant energy as he does. She captured Chamber for Emplate, but regretted what she had done. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

Elektra

Real Name: Elektra Natchios

Elektra is a ninja who was slain by Bullseye, then resurrected by the shadowy organisation known as The Hand. Recently, she has been given the task of setting Wolverine on the path back from his current feral state by her mentor Stick.

Eleven

Real Name: Eleven

Group Affiliation: Clan Askani

Major Enemies: Stryfe

Eleven is a member of the Clan Askani in Cable's future. He is an android, and is of the same line as Zero.

Elsie Dee

Real Name: Elsie Dee

First Appearance: Wolverine Vol 2 #38

Known Allies: Albert, Wolverine

Powers: Android

Often mistaken for just a little girl, Elsie Dee is in fact an android bomb created by Donald Pierce to assassinate Wolverine. Over the years her programming has changed and she no longer has the urge to destroy Wolverine, in fact the two have become friends. She is currently travelling the world with her partner, the cyborg Wolverine-simulacrum Albert.

Empath

Powers: Empathy

One of the few surviving members of the original Hellions, Empath now resides in Nova Roma with Magma.

Emplate

Powers: Energy drain, teleportation

Emplate has become Generation X's greatest foe. Possessed of the need to feed on mutant energy to survive, Emplate used Penance as a food source for so long he started taking on some of her attributes, like spiky hair. He also has the power to teleport via an alternate dimension. It has been revealed that Emplate is actually M's brother, but the relationship has not been explored fully. Bishop has mentioned that there were legions of Emplate's in his future.

Empyrean

Real Name: Jonathan Chambers

Empyrean runs a 'leper colony' for mutants stricken with the Legacy Virus, giving them a place where they can spend their final days with dignity. In reality, Empyrean feeds on the energy signatures of his dying charges to satisfy himself.

Epsilon Red

First Appearance: Wolverine Vol 2 #68

Major Enemies: Sabretooth

A left-over from the Russian Super-Soldier program, Epsilon Red encountered Sabretooth and Wolverine back when they were CIA operatives. Sabretooth brutally slew his pregnant wife, but his daughter was saved by emergency surgery. Epsilon Red had remained secreted away on a hidden Russian military base for years later until discovered by Wolverine, who assisted him in his wish to go into space.

Equilibrius

Real Name: Unrevealed, presumed Equilibrius

Group Affiliation: Savage Land Mutates

Major Enemies: Magneto, Ka-Zar, X-Men

Powers: Hypnotism

Equilibrius is a member of the Savage Land mutates, possessed of the power to hypnotise people and bringing them under his control.

Erik The Red

Erik the Red is a costume, a persona adopted by different people at different times. The first Erik the Red costume was actually worn by Cyclops at a party. The second Erik, however, was a Shi'ar agent of D'ken's who brainwashed Havok and Polaris into attacking the X-Men. The third person to wear the Erik the Red costume was Magneto during the 'Trial of Gambit' in Antarctica.

Exodus

Powers: Psionic

Exodus is an incredibly powerful mutant, originally recruited by Magneto to gather mutants to join him on Avalon. After the Acolytes were disbanded due to the attack by Holocaust, Exodus soon after encountered Cable and X-Man, and was defeated by X-Man who sealed him in a chasm. During that encounter it was revealed that Exodus had ties to Apocalypse. In the future of the X-Men 2099, Exodus also encountered the young group X-Nation 2099.

Zoe Culloden remains a mysterious ally of Wolverine. Zoe was assigned by the multidimensional firm Landau, Luckman, and Lake to monitor Wolverine's feral regression. She and her partner Noah manipulated events leading up to Wolverine's encounter with Genesis. She has recently been assigned to enlist the aid of Deadpool for her firm, but Deadpool has so far rejected the offer.
