Fatale was one of the Dark Beast's lackeys, and is one of the world's most dangerous assassins, possessing an ability to teleport. At the behest of the Dark Beast, she posed as a barmaid at the X-Men's favourite bar to gather information for him. She was eventually found out by Bishop but escaped. Later, she was recruited by Havok to be a member of his new Brotherhood. After Havok disbanded the Brotherhood, Fatale escaped with the Dark Beast. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
Father Garnoff

Father Garnoff was once a member of the Russian Mutant Underground, who first encountered X-Factor when both teams were attempting to stop the evil mutant known as Doppleganger from experimenting on fellow mutants. A mutant himself, Garnoff possesses a hypnotic like power that he can use to bend anyone to his will. Being a priest, though, means he would never use his power for evil uses. Later, he accompanied his fellow exile Darkstar when they investigated the town that the Soul Skinner had taken over. They were both captured, but were later freed after the X-Men defeated the Soul Skinner.

Feedback was a member of the Alpha Flight trainee team, Beta Flight. He possesses the mutant power to generate bio-electric simulacrums, which he calls "shock troopers". After the disbandment of Alpha Flight, and the subsequent disbandment of Beta Flight, Feedback's whereabouts are unknown.

The mutant son and daughter of the Nazi terrorist Baron Von Strucker, the Fenris twins possess the power to generate plasma bursts (Andrea) and energy bursts (Andreas), and when in physical contact with each other, they can project bioelectric blasts of great power. They first encountered Storm in Africa and were defeated by her. Seeking revenge, they next attacked during the trial of Magneto in Paris, and were defeated by the X-Men. Joining the Upstarts, they participated in the Younghunt, capturing Magma. Since the Younghunt was stopped by the combined forces of X-Force and the New Warriors, their current whereabouts is unknown.

Feral's mutation into a feline creature didn't start until she was a teenager, when she slew all her family except for her sister, Lucia, who was also a feline mutant. Fleeing from home, she eventually hooked up with the New Mutants just before they became X-Force. Eventually twisted around by Reignfire, she joined the MLF until she was captured and imprisoned for her crimes.
Firestar

Firestar was originally brought into the Hellions team by Emma Frost, then the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, who wanted to train her to be an assassin. Rejecting the White Queen's methods, Firestar ended up joining Night Thrasher's New Warriors team. She has vastly developed her skill in using her mutant power of microwave generation since being with the New Warriors.

Trevor Fitzroy is a mutant with the ability to drain life energy and use that energy to create time portals. Coming from the same timeline as Bishop, Fitzroy escaped to the present and was followed by Bishop, Randall, and Malcolm. Fitzroy escaped, and ended up joining the exclusive club known as the Upstarts, which were playing a sick game devised by the Gamesmaster in which the one to kill the most mutants wins. Fitzroy proceeded to eliminate the Hellions using Sentinels from the future. Fitzroy has recently joined the new Hellfire Club's Inner Circle as it's White Bishop.
Fixx

Fixx comes from the same future as Bishop and Shard, and is a member of the Xavier Underground Enforcers, a rogue branch of the XSE. A true historian, Fixx adheres to the old ways of her past. Her mutant talent of manipulating the psionic field gives her a wide range of telekinetic and psionic powers. These powers usually manifest in the form of small sprites-like beings of pure psionic energy. Fixx maintains a psionic link between all the XUE members, and when Shard joined linked her as well. Upon discovering that Shard was in the present, the XUE managed to travel back in time thanks to the psionic link they share with Shard, and inhabited the bodies of three recently deceased people. Their mission in the present is to stop their future from ever occuring.
Flagstone

Flagstone was a member of the mercenary pack called the Outcasts, a team of which Puck was also a member. After returning to Canada, the Outcasts encountered Puck, along with Northstar and Wildheart, who were responsible for bringing him to justice. The other members of the Outcasts also got involved in the fight, and were turned over to the authorities when the Alpha Flight members won.

Flashback was once a member of Beta Flight, and was then recruited by Jerry Jaxon into Omega Flight, a team put together to combat Alpha Flight. During Alpha Flight's last encounter with Omega Flight, one of Flashback's duplicates (which were actually versions of himself pulled from a future point of the timestream) was killed, and it was not long after that time caught up with Flashback and he became the future self that was killed, resulting in his death.

Flex is the quiet and conservative rookie member of Alpha Flight. He has the power to "flex" parts of his body into various metallic forms, most commonly blades or shields. Forge is a mutant with the power to create any mechanical/electrical object that he can imagine. He is also Cheyenne indian, and has a spiritual side as that of a shaman. Forge was in the Vietnam War, and lost a leg and a hand to the bomb that killed his squad. He replaced the lost limbs with artifically constructed ones. Forge later worked for the US Government, alongside Val Cooper, and created the weapon that stripped Storm of her powers for a time. Forge's major enemy is the Adversary, an ancient enemy of his people whom he faced in Dallas when he used the souls of the X-Men to imprison the Adversary in his own dimension. The souls of the X-Men were restored by Roma. Forge later joined the X-Men, then left them to join X-Factor as their government liaison, and later team leader. Forge had ignored his mystical side until the Adversary recently returned, and he was forced to reclaim his heritage in order to defeat it. Recently, Forge resigned X-Factor from government service and took the team underground.
Forrester, Lee

Lee Forrester is a fishing boat captain that first encountered the X-Men when Cyclops was working aboard her ship whilst on a leave of absence from the team. After encountering Magneto, who's island they were shipwrecked on, Lee wasn't seen until she encountered Cable, who was being stalked by Senyaka, and helped Cable defeat him.
Foxbat

Foxbat was the winged member of the original Dark Riders. After the supposed death of Apocalypse and then Stryfe, both whom the Dark Riders served, Foxbat apparently left the group. The new band of Dark Riders who were servants of Genesis captured Foxbat, and his life energies were drained by Genesis in his efforts to claim Apocalypse's power for his own.

Sharon Friedlander was a nurse, and a member of Charles Xavier's underground movement. She helped the X-Men battle the Reavers when the Reavers attacked Muir Island, and she was present when the Acolytes attacked an orphanage that was housing a mutant child.

Emma Frost is a first class telepath. Controller of a huge financial empire, she joined the Hellfire Club as their White Queen, and trained young mutants at her Massachusetts Academy to become a strike force for the Hellfire Club, called the Hellions. She first encountered the X-Men when a young Kitty Pryde was admitted to her Academy. She had several encounters with the X-Men before being rendered catatonic by Fitzroy's Sentinels. She recovered and possessed the body of Iceman until she learned of her Hellions' deaths at the hands of Fitzroy. She then took up Xavier's offer to become head of a new team of young mutants, called Generation X, a position she shares with Banshee.

Frostbite was one of Zhao's X-Men - the powerful but insane telepath's attempt at creating a new band of X-Men, so much so that they even appeared like warped reflections of the original team. It was discovered that Zhao had accelerated the development of their powers to the point where it was killing them, so they were placed into cryogenic stasis by Cerebra of the X-Men 2099, all except Frostbite who could not be cryogenically frozen, so she left. Frostbite wandered through the desert slowly dying until taken in by the mysterious Driver, who downloaded her genetic imprint into his vast computer banks. When these computer banks were destroyed by Junkpile, it is presumed that Frostbite died.
