The Meaning of Chloe There is one meaning to the name Chloe. The main meaning is *Blooming*. The first thing that comes to my mind when I hear the word *Blooming* is *Blooming Idiot*. (Yep Chloe has lost her focus and now is just too bright for Jax!) Regular Blooming -Opening in blossoms; flowering; thriving in the health, beauty, and vigor of youth; showing the beauties of youth.
