Sci-fi pulp starring cult fave Bruce Campbell as terrorist Alex Windham. He forces the inhabitants of Dome 4 to build him bombs while a peace keeper called Chase Moran tries to stop him. Brion plays the crooked Chairman. I've only seen part of it. The special effects are very cheesy - one probably has to be a real fan of either Bruce or Brion to enjoy it. Also features James Lew.
