. With the ever-increasing pace of progress the world becomes saturated, complicated and overpopulated. Telecommunications as well as transportation continue to improve dramatically. Managers of the future are likely to face ferocious competition be it as entrepreneurs or as employees. University education and computer literacy are already taken for granted. Cross-cultural communications skills and multilingual capabilities soon will be.

To stay on the surface one has to continue learning, if possible combining it with work. Personally I am more of a relaxed person and do not like to work and study simultaneously. So, I study one year and work the next. As my CV suggests I am flexible and versatile. I am used to cross-cultural business dealings and always open to changes. Now I study and hope to have a MBA in a couple of years. However, nowadays you never know what you will be doing in a couple of years. The future is close, and future is always unpredictable.
