An oh-so-rare lobby card from Cobra
An amazing find! This is the only lobby card I've ever seen from the splendid Cobra.
Here we see "Nita the Obsessed" very obviously unhappy because all her right moves have failed to jettison the reluctant Valentino into her arms.
These early lobby cards were all hand-colored and we also see the artist's interpretation of Nita's gown by Adrian...dramatic black with a pink accent. Sparkling diamonds at wrists and ears complete this seductive ensemble. What man could possibly resist this sultry, serpentine enchantress?
