Born and raised in Edgewood, Md., Johnathon Schaech entered the University of Maryland to study economics, but abruptly changed career paths and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Johnathon studied with famed coach Roy London for four years.
Johnathon's feature film credits include Franco Zefferelli's "Sparrow," "The Doom Generation," "How to Make an American Quilt," "That Thing You Do" directed by Tom Hanks, "Hush" and "Welcome to Woop Woop." He now can be seen in "Splendor," which previously was screened at the Sundance Film Festival.
Last year, Johnathon starred opposite Harvey Keitel in "Finding Graceland," an entry in the Toronto Film Festival, and in "Woundings," which appeared at the AFI Film Festival. |
