This form is to apply for my awards. The general rules are:
            1. It MUST be Buffy related (or Angel related, if you'd like the Angel-ic award).
            2. It MUST be more than 1 page.
            3. It CAN'T have ANY vulgar/sexually-explicit material (you know what I mean). Exceptions CAN be made for fanfic, just mention it in the site descript.
            4. I DON'T award to sites trashing Buffy!
            5. If I can't load the page, you won't win. Period. No matter how cool the site is. That means I don't award to nifty, high-tech, software-stuffed sites. Sorry.
            6. You MUST fill in ALL information. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.


            The rules for the Star-Crossed Lovers Award are:
            1. It MUST have a section devoted to Buffy and Angel (NOT Buffy and Xander).
            2. It MUST have more than just a few pictures of Buffy and Angel together.
            3. It CANNOT discuss the other relationships (Xander/Cordy, Oz/Willow), JUST Buffy and Angel.
