Sigh. Michael Myers just doesn't know when to quit, kind of like that other fellow Jason Voorhees. Like its immediate precedessor, "Halloween 5" has Michael Myers going after his little niece; however, this time, the niece has somehow acquired some psychic powers after her traumatizing experience in "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers". While the idea of having a killer stalk a little girl has merit for a horror movie, there are a number of things that mar the whole viewing experience, such as stupid teenagers and inept policemen. Also, when Myers finally catches his niece, he does something completely anticlimatic: he lets her go. Is this intended to be a big surprise? Or is this because they would have something left to make "Halloween 6"? Furthermore, where is the revenge promised by the title?
