2-1-99 (RAW)
The Acolytes defeat the Road Dogg and Al Snow in a hardcore rules tag team match. Lots of action. The teams use everything from chairs and tables to pencils and the ring bell on each other. They all end up in the crowd. Snow and Faarooq take it outside; Snow nails Faarooq with a garbage can but Viscera lumbers by and promptly takes Al apart. Meanwhile, Road Dogg and Bradshaw fight at the concession stand for a while before making it back to the ring. A fan throws beer into Bradshaw's face, and Bradshaw lays him out. Faarooq comes back in to the ring. He and Bradshaw beat the Road Dogg up for a while, then powerbomb him through a table for the win. Mideon and three "druids" come to the ring, beat up on the Road Dogg a little, and roll him out to the floor. After Road Dogg recovers, he goes out back and confronts Al. Roadie is angry that Al left him alone in the ring. Al doesn't care and turns away; Road Dogg hits him with a chair. This program was taped on January 26 and it was reported that the Road Dogg missed a few shots the rest of the week because he took a bad bump to his back during the match.
2-7-99 (HeAT)
Road Dogg isn't on.
2-7-99 (House Show- Madison Square Garden, NYC)
The Undertaker and the Acolytes defeat X-Pac, BABG, and the Road Dogg. It was reported that there was a scary moment for the Road Dogg in this match. About twelve minutes in, Undertaker put an Irish whip on the Road Dogg. Somehow, RD slipped between the top and middle ropes and landed on his head at ringside. He was returned to the ring and quickly pinned, but the paramedics were called out soon afterward. They were in the ring for around fifteen minutes, affixing a cervical collar and putting RD on a stretcher. He was taken to a local hospital and released later in the evening. Reports said that he complained initially of numbness in his left arm. Scary injury that shook everybody up, but luckily everything appears all right.
2-8-99 or 2-13-99 (RAW)
Road Dogg does an interview. He talks about his St. Valentine's Day Massacre match with Al Snow and how he is going to kick the hell out of Al. Bad Ass then pulls off his shirt and reveals referee garb underneath. He, apparently, will be the special ref for the Shamrock/Venis match at St. Valentine's Day. Road Dogg laughs at him and asks him if he's applying for a job at Foot Locker. A bit later, Road Dogg helps the rest of DX and the Corporation to break up a backstage brawl involving BABG, Venis, and Shamrock. Soon after, Al Snow calls out Road Dogg for a match. When Road Dogg doesn't come out, Al gets upset and starts to beat himself up.
2-9-99
News on the Internet has it that the Road Dogg's match with Al Snow has been taken off the February 14 St. Valentine's Day Massacre pay-per-view.
2-14-99 (HeAT)
Road Dogg wasn't on. Apparently he requested and was granted time off from the WWF due to some health problems he was having. As we know, he got banged up at the February 1st RAW taping, and then a few days later at a house show. I've also heard from pretty reliable sources that the D-O-double-G may have felt he was becoming addicted to some prescription painkillers he was given, and wanted to clean himself up. Whatever the case, he's gone for a bit and thus has had to forfeit the Hardcore title. I don't think he was ever actually admitted to a rehab; from what I've heard, he worked through it on his own.
2-14-99 (PPV: St. Valentine's Day Massacre)
Road Dogg wasn't on.
2-15-99 (RAW)
Road Dogg wasn't on. Good show, though.
2-21-99 (HeAT)

2-22-99 (RAW)
No Road Dogg.
