Background: Ever since you were a child, you've been taking things that didn't belong to you. The thrill of being in someone else's property, getting things without working for them, has always motivated you. Of course, the fact is that you do work fairly hard to get away with the sort of thefts you like to pull, but it doesn't seem like work while you do it. More of a game, in fact, with high prizes for wins, and equally high prices for failures. You had to leave your home planet to avoid paying one of those penalties, and since then you've been roaming the galaxy, with your lockpicks and a small pile of loot, relieving wealthy and inattentive individuals of their burdens of wealth.
Personality: You've always liked things. Small, beautiful things most, but just about anything that people attach a value to has an attraction for you. And you have a somewhat less than fully developed moral sense, at least when it comes to strangers.
Objective: To find the most valuable object in the galaxy, and take it. To make an awful lot of money.
