Nano-Engineers
These little toys are the most expensive work crew you can find anywhere.
They are tiny, microscopic robots that are programmable to build almost
anything you want. You insert a programming card into the slot on
the canister and step back. After the Nano-Engineers are programmed
the case will open up so they can start working. They will use available
materials, including wreckage from a battle and the case they were in,
to build what you want. When they are done they will build a new
programming datapad to replace the one they "ate" and then go
back together and build a new case around themselves. Whoever uses
these better be careful though, they are expensive to buy and have sometimes
"accidentally" eaten up troops and vehicles on their side.
The best thing about the Nano-Engineers is that they can be programmed
to construct a new group of Nano-Units.
