Rules:
You can use this, but it can be hard to use. You must actually understand
it for it to work. You can only gain knowledge on a specific subject from
a module once. Modules are 200-1000 credits. The more common the skill
the less the price, though weapon use and repair skills start at 500 credits.
Advanced skills start at 900 credits, modified by how common the skill
is. Specializations cost the base skill divided by two, or three for skills
with many specializations. **Attribute cost is determined by an equation:
v times 15 divided by .96= cost, where v is variable 900 through 1000**.
Not all will learn the same amount. Roll perception, find the number rolled
on the chart and look across the page. That is the bonus you receive.
