Ali-Frazier, Bird-Magic, Leger-Common Sense, all good rivalries, but none compare to the greatest rivalry of all time...Tardiff-Marcucci. During the 2001 Turkey Bowl, Marc Tardiff caught a pass in the flat, turned to go upfield, and as he was turning Kevin Marcucci laid a mean hit on him. Result: Two fractured ribs and an instant hatred. The hit was the meanest I've seen, it was a fair hit, but a lot rougher than it had to be. Marc amazingly returned to the game later. He later went for x-rays and discovered the fractured ribs. Marc is upset to this day, still waiting for an apology. All I know is, on the field, this could be a very nasty matchup, and the sparks will fly. Will Marc get his final revenge, or will Kevin "The Murderer" Marcucci finish him off. Tune in Nov. 28th to find out.
