1. A live draft will be held the morning of the game. Late players will be drafted as the game continues, as agreed by both team captains.
2. There is no set time limit or score limit. The teams decide how long and to what score they will play to. Past games have gone in to the 20s.
3. Two-hand touch on kickoffs. Tackle every other play.
4. First down is two forward passes.
5. QB can rush if the number of players are even for both teams. One QB rush for every four downs.
6. Handoffs count as a running play and can be done as often as desired.
7. College rules apply for sideline. One foot in is all it takes.
8. In order to be down a player must be touched, not just his knee down.
9. Losers walk.
10. A touchdown is one point. No extra points.
11. The players call pass interference, if it is not agreed on it goes to the fans.
12. If a penalty is determined it is an automatic first down but is played over from the original line of scrimmage or can be declined and take the play.
13. There will be two teams no matter how many players show.
14. The first captain chooses the first overall pick. The second captain takes the next two players, and two players are taken from that point on.
15. Matching rule is in effect. Which means if we were playing until 20, and if each team scored on every drive, then the game would continue, until there was a turnover.
16. Five-yard bump rule is in effect
17. Blitz will be five "one-thousands" and one blitz per first down. If the ball is handed off then everyone can come in and not count as a blitz
