kith - comedy gods

tv...

a nice little page dedicated to the shows i like.

aww...how cute

late night with conan o'brien
why i like it:  for you females out there, just look at the man!  and for everyone...well, the show's great.  sure, i'll agree that the past 2 years or  so have gone downhill, but it still makes me laugh.  and even though andy's gone (we all miss him!), the show is still kickin'.  who could *not* love a show with such characters as "the masturbating bear" or the "pubes" guy?  i thought so.  for those less informed, it airs at 12:00 a.m. (around here anyways, check your local listings) on NBC.  check it out.

newsradio
one name: dave foley.  if that doesn't mean anything to you, then you need to do your research.  anyways, yes, i know - NBC (the bastards) cancelled it.  but it's in syndication everywhere, so i still can watch.  it's a show about a radio station that does news (if you couldn't infer that from the name, then god help you).  but it's better than it sounds.  in fact, it's wonderful.  the writing is (was?) damn near the best around.  the cast gels so well, only the simpsons is better.  around here, you can catch it at 12:30 a.m. on FOX.  again, it varies from area to area.

kids in the hall
here's the deal: 5 canadian funny men dressing as women, singing songs, running around...sounds like fun, eh?  well, it should because it is.  greatly influenced by monty python, KitH deliver the goods every time.  the show airs at least twice a weekday on comedy central, so get out the tv schedule and look it up!  for those who are unfortunate enough to be deprived of the channel, you can still catch their "best of tape" in stores.  and be sure to watch "brain candy," also covered in my 'movies' section.

mmm...donuts

these are some of the networks i find myself watching more often than not:
hbo, a&e, pbs, msnbc, discovery, fox news, cnn, c-span, and other geek channels.

i like local news.  shut up.

i wish the history channel showed things other than hitler and tanks.  but no.

those are the main shows i dig.  others include (but are not limited to...):
seinfeld, simpsons, futurama, will & grace, dharma & greg, whose line is it anyway?, the drew carey show, mystery science theatre 3000, tom green show , the x-files, late late show with craig kilborn, carol burnett & friends, oz, and others i can't seem to find in my cloudy head.

get me out of tv hell!!
