| Ching-A-Ling Chong's Fortune Cookies 1 Cup of Flour 3 Egg Whites 1/4 Cup of Butter 1/8 Tsp. of Salt 2/3 Cup of Sugar 2 Tbls. Tea 1/2 Tsp. of Vanilla Greased Cookie Sheet Pre-Printed Fortunes Large Bowl |

| In a large bowl, combine egg whites, flour, butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in the tablespoons of tea. Chill the mixture for at least a half hour. Once chilled, take a half teaspoon of batter and place on a greased sheet. Make thin 3-inch circles, and place in a pre-heated oven at 350*. Bake for 5 minutes or until edges are brown. Place a fortune in the center and fold the cookie to make a semi-circle. Take the cookie and fold once again to form a 3D moon shape. Let cool. |
