THE 'HAYAL HA-YAM' or SAYEROT SHAYETET 13

The Shayetet 13 can be translated into english as "Flotilla 13" and is a combat unit of the Israeli navy. Their training is unique, long and the length of service they serve is longer than the average soldier. Their work spans the gammut of military activity from reconaissance, to infiltration, to ambush and assassination. The s-13 are internationally renowned for their abilities and are considered to be among the best special forces commando units in the world. After their service is finished they often go on to VIP protection services tasked with protecting various government officials.
