In 1992, a show called Roundhouse started it's four season run on Nickelodeon. I was ten years old, and remember watching it with my cousin, John, at our Grandma's house since she was the only one who had cable.
Eight years later, I became a fan of a movie called Newsies. A fellow Newsies fan sent me a tape of the first season of Roundhouse ((since four of the Newsies guys were on that show)), but I never watched them until - two years later. That's when I realized it was the same show I use to watch so long ago! Pretty boring story, huh? But, it's cool to me so HA!
Anyhoo...
I decided to make this meek page for Roundhouse and the four Newsies guys on it who need big time recognition! Enjoy the psycho jello ramblings and junk!
ROUNDHOUSE CONNECTIONS
My connection is so small and indirect compared to everyone else's who have met the stars or become friends with or blah blah blah. In July of '00, I was at a dance competition in New Orleans, LA with my dance class ((duh...)). We had to take classes from like the teachers/judges of the dance company that was holding the competition ((Dupree, I think)). I got up enough courage to ask one of the teachers/judges ((named Dannie, can't remember his last name)) if he was in Newsies. He said he wasn't in it, but he was friends with Ivan Dudynsky. Of course, my reaction was normal like most 18 year old girls...I flipped out.
When my folks went to see John Tesh in concert ((I wasn't there b/c I couldn't stand him at the time)), Natashaa Pearce was the singer for some of his songs! So, they got to see her in person.
