The New Batman Adventures

001 "Holiday Knights"
An adaptation of the highly popular comic book "The Batman Adventures Christmas Special". This episode is made up of 3 mini stories which span the time from Christmas through New Year's Eve. (9/13/97)

Story 1 is about Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy kidnapping Bruce Wayne with Ivy's hypnotic lipstick, and using his credit cards to treat themselves to a Christmas shopping spree.

Story 2 deals with Detective's Bullock and Montoya staking out a Gotham Department Store for pick pockets, but in actuality, it turns out to be the return of Clayface.

Story 3 tells of the Joker's plan to kill all the people celebrating in Gotham Square on New Year's Eve with a sonic weapon. It is up to Batman and Robin to stop him before the stroke of midnight.

002 "Sins of the Father"
This story tells the origin of the new Robin, Tim Drake and how getting in Two Face's way leads him to a partnership with the Dark Knight. After their partnership Dick Grayson shows up and says that he can’t be a boy wonder forever. (9/20/97)

003 "Cold Comfort"
An angry Mr.Freeze is back and bitter as ever as he plans to release his vengeance on Gotham City by destroying the things that people love the most. Freeze also has a big surprise for Batman. He is now a head attached to a mechanical body!(10/11/97)

004 "Never Fear"
The Scarecrow is back with a fiendishly evil new look and a new talent, the ability to take away people's fears rather than manipulating them. When Batman goes out of control, it’s up to Robin to stop The Scarecrow. (11/1/97)

005 "You Scratch My Back"
Dick Grayson as Nightwing makes his debut, and finds an unlikely ally in Catwoman in trying to expose a South American gun smuggling operation that is bringing deadly weapons into Gotham City. Catwoman is in a new sleek black body suit.(11/15/97)

006 "Double Talk"
Arnold Wesker, aka The Ventriloquist, is released from Arkham Asylum. Bruce Wayne gives him a job at Wayne Enterprises in order to help his old adversary get back on his feet. Unbeknown to Arnold, outside influences are forcing his old demon, Scarface back into his life. (11/22/97)

007 "Joker's Millions"
The clown's broke. But he inherits money from a mob boss, and plans to distribute it freely throughout Gotham to gain positive influence, until he finds his millions don't quite add up to his expectations. Now he has to rob an armored car to get some real money.(2/21/98)

008 "Growing Pains"
A mysterious young girl named Annie comes into Robin's life, who can’t remember her past.After exploring leads they find out that Clayface is Annie’s “father”. To save Robin’s life, Annie rejoins her body with Clayface.Clayface used her to find out if Gotham is safe for his existence. Batman comes at the last moment to deafeat the monster.(2/28/98)

009 "Mean Seasons"
Fashion turns deadly when Page Monroe, as Calander Girl creates seasonal chaos and a series of not-so-pretty kidnappings as she avenges, much to Batman's dismay, the age-conscious trappings of a youth-oriented fashion world. (4/25/98)

010 "The Demon Within"
Black majic comes calling when Batman teams up with demonologist Jason Blood to recapture his symbiotic demon counterpart, Etrigan the Demon, from Klarion the Witch Boy. Bruce resorts to black magic as he battles this kid and his cat, along with Blood’s demon. (5/9/98)

011 "Over The Edge"
Commissioner Gordon blames Batman for the death of his daughter Barbara, and will stop at nothing to end Batman's reign as Gotham City's Dark Knight. Gordon finds out the secret identities of Batman, Robin, and Nightwing following the death of Batgirl (secretly his daughter, Barbra). First the police strom the Batcave, and then Gordon enlists Bane’s help in bringing back the Dark Knight, whom he blames for Batgirl’s death. Behind the scenes, The Scarecrow watches... (5/23/98)

012 "Torch Song"
Pyrotechnics expert Garfield Lynns seeks to gain revenge against his former girlfriend, Pop singing star "Cassidy." Lynns dons the garb of "Firefly" and reaks havoc on Gotham. (6/13/98)

013 "Love Is A Croc"
After seeing Killer Croc sentenced for his latest crime on TV, Mary Dahl, aka Baby Doll, feels a kindred bond to the criminal and frees him. After the gruesome duo go on a crime spree, Baby Doll learns that Croc is not very trust-worthy. Now Batman and Batgirl must stop the two. (7/11/98)

"World's Finest" Part One
Joker steals a statue made of solid Kryptonite and comes to Metropolis where he makes a deal with Luthor to kill Superman. But Batman follows him to thwart his evil plot. (10/97)

"World's Finest" Part Two
Lois's romance with Bruce Wayne is almost nipped in the bud when Joker kidnaps her in order to lure Superman to his death. Batman's intervention saves the day and soon after, Lois tells a heartbroken Clark that she will be transferring to Gotham City in order to be with Bruce. But the move is postponed when Joker sics a killer robot on Batman and Superman must rescue a sinking ocean liner. (10/97)

"World's Finest" Part Three
Lois's romance with Bruce Wayne hits rough waters when she discovers that he is Batman. Meanwhile, Luthor attempts to dissolve his partnership with Joker, but Joker turns the tables, kidnapping Luthor and using the powerful new Lexwing aircraft to attack Metropolis. Superman and Batman must put aside their differences and work as a team to stop the remainder of Luthor's killer-robots and then save the city. (10/97)

014 "The Ultimate Thrill"
For Roxy Rocket, an over adrenalized ball of energy, death is the ultimate thrill. And as she leads Batman on a city-wide chase through Gotham, she skates death continually, until the Caped Crusader calls her ultimate bluff. (9/14/98)

015 "Cult Of The Cat"
After stealing a gold statuette of a cat, Catwoman finds herself tracked and eventually caught by a cat cult whose main plan is to use Batman as a tasty bat treat to their mascot -- a prowling, slobbering, mean-to -the- bone tiger. (9/18/98)

016 "Critters"
Farmer Brown's up to no good scientifically as he creates overgrown beast and farm animals with which he assaults Gotham City in retribution of his strange growth project being taken away from him. (9/19/98)

017 "Animal Act"
Nightwing, Batman, and Robin all show up to stop a person from stealing something off of a tower. Only to find out that it is a gorilla that Dick new from when he was in the circus. Dick Grayson comes back to the circus to find that someone is controlling the circus animals in the undertaking of crimes. (9/26/98)

018 "Old Wounds"
Robin is in the middle of capturing some criminals when one gets away, but Nightwing is there to stop him. When they are finished with them Dick Grayson recounts to the new Robin why he and Batman broke up as a crime-fighting team. The story takes place as a flash back. When its over Robin and Nightwing head for the bat-signal in the sky. (10/3/98)

019 "Legends of the Dark Knight"
Several kids give their much-varying view points of who and what they think the Batman is and represents. (10/10/98)

SUPERMAN EPISODE "Knight Time"
Superman plays dress up and disguises himself as Batman to confront Roxy Rocket, Penguin and a host of other bad guys who are picking Gotham City clean in lieu of the real Batman's mysterious absence. (10/10/98)

020 "Girls’ Nite Out"
Harley, Poison Ivy and Livewire team up to have a leisurely Gotham night out, while bringing the city to its knees in the process. Because Batman is gone, he tries to get Superman to help Batgirl. Unfortunately Supergirl intercepts and goes to Gotham herself to help Batgirl. The two eventually stop the 3 girls. Guest stars Supergirl. (10/17/98)

021 "Chemistry"
Veronica, Bruce’s good friend finally gets married again. And Bruce finds a new romance in his life, and marries her, but Veronica is having trouble with her new husband. She asks Bruce to help her, so he investigates and finds out that her new husband is really a plant child of Poison Ivy’s creation. While on a cruse Bruce Wayne's new wife entangles him into Poison Ivy's latest plot. (10/24/98)

022 "Judgement Day"
There’s a new hero in Gotham, who is dressed like a judge. When the judge attacks the Penguin for seeling merchandise, he critically injurs him and is put in the hospial. Next, he tries to kill Killer Croc by shoving him from a bridge. Batman sees that he is up to no good and tries to stop him. When Batman investigates who this Judge character is he finds an unusual twist to the plot. (10/31/98)

023 "Beware The Creeper"
Nutty, crazy, totally out of control, no one knows what to think of Jack Ryder, a reporter gone mad who turns into the insane Creeper. One thing's for sure, Batman's not amused, nor is the Joker who believes Creeper is stealing the clown's Gotham-wide act of insanity and hitting on Harley Quinn. (11/7/98)

A comic adaptation of Harley Quinn's past and how she became Harley Quinn. (1/16/99)
