Goodbye
Kevin
We miss your laughter, that grin on your face
And the wisdom you shared even if it wasn’t your place.
Your love of music and the songs that you shared,
All the hours of practice showed how much you cared.
Now the melodies are gone and we see how much we miss
Thank you for the memories you left us in this.
Your love for animals and through your patience we saw
Whether playing dead, belly walking or just lifting a paw.
Friends you shared your love with every single day
On a sunny day to ride, run or with a Frisbee to play.
Then your amazing talents on the operations you performed
Like a doctor on sick cars making it seem like the norm.
Time always seems too short with not enough to share
Thanks for the smiles you left us, they will always be there.
Your Big Brother
My brother, 5 years younger than I, died May 07, 2002 of complications from MS. He loved the outdoors like the beautiful lakes in Montana, loved animals and was very patient in teaching them to do wonderful things like belly walk, playing dead, as well as a unique way to shake. He taught himself to play the guitar and was very good. He also had a great voice, sounding a lot like Neil Diamond. He was very good with cars, from rebuilding a motor to making sure everything was running at its best. In 3 short years he went from an active young man, to one that was bed ridden. Only 8 short years after his first attach of this deadly disease, he was gone.
I miss you little brother!
