Sharing the Light

The world is crying out
for light to see the way
For hope and meaning in their lives
each and every day.
Remember you are in the world,
but don't become a part,
For you are His shining light
a beacon in the dark.
If God's not living in your life,
the world will see no light,
They'll see no difference in your walk
no difference in your sight.
If you will put your trust in God
He will guide your walk
He'll share your life if you will take
the time with Him to talk.
So spread His Word of hope and love
to this lost world around,
For we're His hands in reaching out
to help the lost be found.
