Review: This is a true late-80s slasher gem. Is it cheesey? Yes. Is it gratuitous? Yes?
Is it fun? Hell yes!
A group of teens head out to a supposedly haunted funeral home called Hull House, where gothic chick Angela is throwing a Halloween party. Once there, Angela (and most of the others, as well) is possessed by a demon's spirit living in the basement of the house. She turns some into demons, kills others, and just generally wreaks havoc on the place.
This movie's got everything needed for a true slasher flick--lots of gore, a couple of nude scenes, rock music, funny (sometimes stupid) dialogue, teenage pranks, and finally, a grumpy old man who just hates teens. Let's just say he gets what he deserves...

Trivia: The film's alternate title is Halloween Party, which gives it a somewhat-accurate R.L. Stine/teenage-horror-novel kind of tone.
The unrated director's cut currently available restores three minutes of footage to the film, but I haven't seen it, so I don't know exactly what's in those three minutes.
