Sorority House Massacre

Director: Carol Frank

Writer: N/a

Starring: Angela O'Neill and Wendy Martel

Body Count: 10

Review: As a young girl, Beth (Angela O'Neill) witnessed her brother murdering her family, and now that she's all grown up, her brother has broken out of the mental hospital he's been in and is attempting to kill her off as well.
Does this sound familiar? It is no doubt meant to. This movie borrows a lot from Halloween (the killer even drives a stolen station wagon!), but does manage to develop a little bit on its own.
Beth and her friends are staying at their sorority house for the weekend, are having a party, and that's where the killings begin. Nothing really original in terms of blood and death scenes, but there is some nice camerawork and a few funny lines of dialogue here and there.
Sorority House Massacre doesn't quite hit the mark in terms of high slasher standards, but it is at least more worthwhile than most of the other T&A "Massacre" movies.
