Review: This is not a good movie. Clearly, this franchise needs Kevin Williamson's touch, as his absence here is a heavy blow to the film.
Julie James, survivor of the first film, is moving on with her life (well, sort of--she still keeps seeing fishermen everywhere), and she wins a trip to the Bahamas...blah, blah, blah.
The point is, the story and "surprise" twist are predictable, the deaths aren't all that imaginative (and they lack the brutality of the first film), and, well, Brandy doesn't die. Yes, I know that might seem like a shallow reason for not liking the film, but it's simple: I wanted Brandy's character to die, and she didn't. Therefore, this film gets a definite thumbs down.
