I'm sure many of you have come to this site, just wondering why I am calling this tour stupid. Well, whoever made up these STUPID tour dates is going down!!! OK, first of all, they ignored most of the poor little Canadians. Now, I know I'm not Canadian, but if I was I would be very upset. I mean, they are playing only three venues in Canada, and all of them are in central Canada, right there all next to each other!! I mean, come on!! Couldn't they have at least had one in Nova Scotia or something (i don't really know my Canada geography, sorry) and one in, like, Montreal, and then one in Vancouver?? That seems smart to me!!! Oh well. But if you were wondering what really pisses me the hell off...
Yes, that's what I said. The day before Thanksgiving. 11/24/99. Check it out yourself. In the new Phillip's Arena, where Ricky Martin is also going to do his concert (This place is huge and the Ricky Martin concert sold out the first day!). Well, I had to miss out on seeing the Lovely Ricky, but I was like "There's always the Backstreet Boys." and then I see these STUPID Tour dates and the Atlanta concert is the day before thanksgiving!! LISTEN! Why don't you just send the boys home for thanksgiving and then when Thanksgiving is over and everyone is back at home then you can have the concert!! I have been planning this trip to Jekyll Island (an Island in Georgia) for like, 2 years with my best friend! What is everyone in Atlanta supposed to do?? Just cancel all their Thanksgiving plans just to go see the Backstreet Boys in concert?? Come on!! I mean, didn't they know that people, a lot of people, go places for Thanksgiving!! I'm so mad!!
I have just been informed of another STUPID! thing! The Backstreet Boys are totally just skipping over Texas! I mean, come on! How many people live in Texas? Well, I'm not too sure, but it's a whole lot!! I mean, it's a huge state. Most people usually play like 2 or 3 cities just in Texas alone. But the BsB are not doing it at all!! This is insane!!
Here is a fourth stupid thing!! OK, the Backstreet Boys are playing in Albany, New York on September 30th. They are supposed to be playing in the Pepsi Arena. Guess who else is playing in Albany New York, Sept. 30th, right across the street? You guessed it (or maybe not)! N SYNC! OK, now, I know i would chose BSB over an n sync concert, but think about the thousands of fans who wouldn't know what to do with themselves!! I mean, seriously! Does anybody check these things?!?
Here's another thing I found horrible enough to put on this site! The boys have never even been to New Zealand! Now, I know that there are more sheep in New Zealand than people, and sheep don't usually go to Baaackstreet Boys (ha ha, sheep joke) concerts, but come on, New Zealand is a whole country with it's whole island and everything! If they go to all those places in Australlia (they do go to a lot of place is in aussie land, right?) what trouble would it be to make a small little flight over to New Zealand and do just a couple concerts? I mean, come on! They're not missing a whole state here, they're missing a whole country that can't really go anywhere else. What, are they supposed to buy tickets to fly to Australlia to see a concert? Only an idiot would do that! And if you did that, and are offended I'm calling you an idiot, YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!
