In Japan Reeny is known as Chibi-Usa (chibi meaning "little" or "small" in Japanese and Usa short for Usagi meaning "bunny") is the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. She lives in Crystal Tokyo in the 30th Century.
She came to the 20th century to look for the Ginzuuishou (crystal), which would save Crystal Tokyo from the Black Moon family, an evil family who wanted to take over Crystal Tokyo. She literally dropped from the sky (on Usagi's head) along with her LunaP. There, the Black Moon family was constantly after her in order to retrieve the crystal. When Chibi Usa found out that Usagi was Sailor Moon, she traveled to the future along with the inner senshi and Tuxedo Kamen, using a special key given to her by Sailor Pluto, her friend in the 30th century. In the 30th century, Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen found out that Chibi Usa is actually their daughter from the future. In the future, the Wiseman filled Chibi Usa with thoughts that nobody loved her, and that if she came with him, he would make her a lady and she would be loved. With this, Chibi Usa turned into Black Lady. Black Lady fought against Sailor Moon many times. Sailor Moon told Chibi Usa that she was greatly loved and she was needed. This turned Chibi Usa back to her normal self. Crystal Tokyo was saved by Sailor Moon and also by Chibi Usa, because Chibi Usa had touched the crystal before, thinking that if she touched it, she would be like her mother. Because of this she had some of the crystal's powers within her.
The second time she came was in the SailorMoonS to train to be a sailor scout. She arrives as Sailor ChibiMoon. Her attacks are not very powerful. She can only kill a monster when she does an attack with Sailor Moon. Chibi Usa also sort of matures when she comes in this series. She makes more friends. Among them, Helios, her true love, who gives her her Super Sailor Power. When Mamoru leaves to go study in America, she returns back to the future as well.
