A German soldier displays his pleasure at American workers who waste time and thereby make his job easier. A fairly straightforward piece it implies "killing time" is treasonous by giving pleasure to the enemy who says "That is good." Actually not correct German, "Das Ist Gut" would be correct but this is a thumbnail, or early stage design. for layout purposes.
