Only three films were nominated for best film promoting DEMOCRACY—Amazing Grace, September Dawn, and Shooter. The winner will be selected from the final ballot that will be sent to members following the meeting of the Board of Directors at 11 a.m., February 2, at 8481 Allenwood Road, Los Angeles, CA.
