Now is the time for members to
vote for the best political films of 1999. Mark an X in the
"YES" box of the film(s) that you believe best promotes political
consciousness in each of four categories, but check no more
than 4 YES votes. If you feel strongly that a film should
not receive an award, check "NO." If you have not seen the
film or have no opinion, check "NEUTRAL" (Click

a review of each film, click the titles. Submit your ballots
by March 1. Results of the balloting will be sent to members
by March 5. (Click

BOARD
OF DIRECTORS MET FEBRUARY 5; TO MEET AGAIN MARCH 4
The
Board of Directors of the Political Film Society met at 8481
Allenwood Road, Los Angeles, on February 5 at 7:00 p.m. and
counted ballots to determine the list of nominated films for
1999 to be included in each category for awards (as listed
above). The next meeting, to be held on March 4 at 7:00 p.m.
in the same location, will count final ballots to determine
winners for 1999. All members of the Society are invited.
Refreshments will be served.
