One month left...

I can't believe there is only one more month of school remaining. That stinks... but what can you do? I've been working so much that I've barely had enough time to gather my thoughts and write them down. Bummer, eh?

Not much in store really. I went up to TO a couple of weekends ago. Had some fun-- hooked up with my friends, chilled-- you know, this and that. Kinda looking forward to going back for school...

Not much happening...

Saturday, August 15.

What can I say? Working has be as boring as sh*t. By the time I get back, I'm too tired to do anything. The only accomplishment I have so far has been jogging. Once I got over that cold a while back, I said I would start getting back into decent shape. And for once, I'm going to keep with my word on this resolution...

In other matters, I'm looking forward to my final road trip of the summer. Going to NYC to check out the US Open tennis tournament. My friends there hooked me up with some tickets... going for sure now. The exchange rate has me all screwed but I'm going to enjoy what little summer I have left then. Beforehand, I may make a weekend trip up to TO and hang with the homeys...

Back from TO...

Monday, August 31.

Went to TO for the weekend. Beforehand, went golfing with the guys over at a local course (Seven Lakes for those Essex County enthusiasts), shot a horrific 63 on a par 35. However, I did manage to hit the putt of the day-- a tremendous 18 footer with a huge break to the left at the cup.

The drive up to Toronto was no sweat-- traffic downtown was a mess due to the Jays game. Anyway, the weekend was somewhat exciting. To summarize, I ent to see a movie (called "54"), visited the CNE, went clubbing and had dim sum. Came back to Windsor last night in good time because I was flying-- avg'ed 130 km/h (80 mph) home. Going to NYC to watch some US Open action THIS WEEK so I'll write more later...
