Note:
Few living Decepticons, and even fewer Autobots, have any knowledge of
Backtrack's origins. A bit of an enigmatic figure, he has made waves in
the officer pools with revolutionary and controversial solutions to
seemingly hopeless problems. In robot mode, carries a retractable medium
pulse cannon on his right arm. As a backup, carries an energy sword,
which he wields competently. He prefers to think a situation through and
neutralize it rather than throwing firepower at it. Transforms into a
Ferrari 890 hovercar, and in both modes is armored with ceramic polymers
laced with fiber-optic cable, conferring near-invulnerability to extreme
heat or low-power lasers. Although powerful, his pulse cannon drains
energy at a terrific rate. Incurs prejudice from others who think it
obscene to be constructed of ceramic battle plastics, as well as
contempt for his unusual ideas and how much he cares for his fellow
Decepticons.

Note:
Fanatically loyal to the Decepticon Empire, Gridlock believes that the
advancement of the Empire comes before all else, even his own life.
Normally cold and uncharismatic, but can feign emotion when necessary.
Paranoid and suspicious, considers even the most loyal Decepticons
possible security risks. As robot, armed with plasma rifle, can generate
ultrasonic forcefield. As cab, reinforced armor alloys allow him to
survive collisions virtually undamaged.

Note:
Although not much of an individual fighter, Brainwave prefers to fool
his enemies with complex illusions and fabrications. He is ever cool,
composed and watchful; he never plunges into a situation without
evaluating the consequences.
Equipped with a holographic projection system in his robot mode and
moderate weaponry. In hovercraft mode, he is equipped with dual turbo
air compressors, which double as a weapon. Max speed in vehicle mode:
120 mph. He is able to pilot spacecraft and also traverse water in
vehicle mode. Other skills include decryption, espionage, and torture.

Note:
When Diktat observes the world, he sees a place of horrors, and believes
that the only way to stop this is to have a single government, all life
under a single just and mighty ruler. Diktat believes that no sacrfice
is too great for this goal: If necessary whole worlds can be destroyed.
Extremely intelligent and articulate, Diktat came to this conclusion
after four million years of intergalactic travel and has now returned to
Cybertron to continue his quest. In robot mode he stands a slim thirteen
feet tall, with elegantly curved bodywork, his anti-personnel and
electro-Flux weapons hidden in his magnificently flared lower arms. He
transforms into a luxury minijet capable of transporting VIPs in
complete comfort at speeds above MACH 1. Diktat possesses one of the
most capable CPU's available to the Decepticons, and with several
sub-processors devoted to negotiation, history, culture and deceit,
Diktat claims he can talk a star into going Supernova. However due to a
subspace accident his intellect is drastically cut in his lightly armed
minijet. Diktat is also prone to periods of introspection and
overthinking.
Flanker

Note:
Flanker is a normally good-natured, even-tempered individual, who lives
to study Military Science and History. He started life as an experiment
in making the ultimate Seeker, and has spent his time adding the mental
experience in warfare to the intent of his design. In his robot mode, he
looks powerful, bristling with bladed forearms, and sports a
programmable rifle. As a SU-27 fighter, he possesses all the speed and
agility of the legendary aircraft. Capable of just over MACH 1, he uses
the unusual maneuverability of his large altmode to his advantage in the
air and on the ground.

Note:
Fallen warrior from the First Cybertronian War. Honorable and
self-sacrificing. Recovered and rebuilt by Decepticon forces. As robot,
has static-discharge sword able to collect energy from his surroundings
and fire it in bursts. As space jet, can achieve FTL speeds, armed with
missile rack and dual lasers. Anachronistic thinker... still adjusting
to the present day.
Deadeye

Note:
A hard boiled veteran of many battles, Deadeye knows only one thing,
shoot or be shot. One of the oldest decepticon grunts still functional,
Deadeye collects weapons of the fallen, as trophies. In his robot mode,
Deadeye is one of the best Decepticon shots. He is able to target
turbo-rats from 3 miles out with a manual scope. Adept in ranged combat
and weaponry, he is often commanded to train younger cons. Enjoys
training immensely. In Attack platform mode, he is also bedecked with
weaponry, but is slow and ungainly. Hates to waste too much ammo.
Dedzone

Note:
Dedzone loves to fly, especially on Earth where he can buzz military
installations, and although not especially brave, he is extremely loyal
to the Decepticons. In robot mode, he is a 13ft tall, powerfully-built
grey and sand-brown mech with an angular face and single green glowing
optic slit. In vehicle mode, he appears as a grey and desert camouflage
Phantom F4 jet, still bearing the 235 Death Angels insignia. In jet
mode, he can use his nosecone E.C.M equipment to create an
electromagnetic field which enables ramming of scenery or opponents at
speeds normally fatal.

Full Auto is a nervous and worried individual. His recent re-activation
has left him shaken. Eager to please his betters, he is constantly
worried about wasting energy again. Distrustful of the newer Cons, he
seldomly wonders why he has been allowed back into the fight. Full Auto
knows that he's outdated, but still wants to help. This translates to a
slight excessiveness in combat, and a very paranoid psyche. Transforming
into a pyramid-jet fighter, Full Auto carries two rocket pods and twin
laser rifles in both forms. He's tough, fast, brave, but not the
greatest shot out there.

Ronin stands tall, armored, and ready for battle. In his robot mode, his
armor resembles that of a Samurai from ancient Earth history. He also
changes into a flying sword, slashing his enemies strongly, and without
mercy. His courage is second to none, and his training and conditioning
has given him great strength. Though he is not as smart as most of his
allies, his knowledge of martial arts is above most others. He is
somewhat slow, relying more on skill to pull him through battle
situations.

Theta-7 is a tall, dark robot, considered unique among the Decepticons
due to his high level of skill. 7, as he's nicknamed, carries a
frequency detection double barreled blaster, capable of targeting
certain frequencies making some shots more accurate. Previously owned by
a Quintesson delegate, Theta-7 transforms into a Quintesson jet. His
transformation are nearly silent, unlike most Transformers. Believing he
has no flaws, Theta-7's largest flaw is that he's over confident in
nearly everything he does, which has lead to his discovery on a few
missions.

Note: RANDOM is one of the leading medics in the Decepticon Empire.
He's the one that makes sure their warriors head into battle at full
strength to insure victory. He is no fighter, nor does he claim to be.
In robot mode he carries almost no weapons. He has a simple neurological
destabilizer which disrupts a target's motor control; thus rendering
them inoperable. His only other defense is his welding torch. In his
holo projector mode he can create holograms that both look and sound
real. His projector mode is also small enough to be carried or worn by
fellow Decepticons.

Note: In charge of maintaining Decepticon supplies, Stockpile is
capable of obtaining anything from dirty holo-disks to thermal-nuclear
devices, for a price. Extremely conservative both on and off the
battlefield, rarely committing unless he's sure of either success or
profit. In Robot mode, he wields a 60mm chaingun and a tri-cobalt
missile launcher. As a supply transport, he can carry up to 30 tons of
munitions and supplies. The forward section is armed with 90mm rockets,
and is capable of operating independantly of the cargo section for
defensive purposes, large and unwieldly in his transport mode, his
reliance on ammunition limits his effectiveness on extended campaigns.
