Parker Stevenson

Parker Stevenson hasn't won any Emmys, but he played a big part in the ad-libbed jokes of 1991's award cerimony when Kirstie Alley thanked, "my husband for giving me the big one for all these years." When she was next up for nomination he didn't attend the show. "I want to thank Parker, who isn't here tonight," Alley said. "He says he's sick, but I think he just doesn't want me to embarass him." After the whole "big one" incident of '91, nobody blamed him.

Parker was best know as 'Frank Hardy', Shawn Cassidy's mystery solving older brother in the 70's T.V. series The Hardy Boys Mysteries. He played 'Craig Pomeroy' during Baywatch's pre-Pamela Anderson days and 'Joel McCarthy' on Falcon Crest. He was cast as 'Austin James' on the mystery show Probe in 1988.

Stevenson and Alley adopted a boy, William True Parker, and more recently a baby girl, Lilly. They appeared together in Bop magazine's 'Boys, Beauty, and Popularity' as an example of a happy Hollywood couple, but sadly they have gone therough a highly publicized messy divorce.
