Bonuses and Limitations:
Force Manipulation may be used to control or alter other Force Manipulation
objects that are made of light (eg, Green Lantern
constructs). This requires a roll of Light's FM as the AV/OV vs. the
Force Manipulation of the opponent.
Force Manipulation also has limited control of other forms of the EM
spectrum. Making rolls versus the difficulties from the
Universal Modifier Chart, Light can have simple control over other
energy forms (eg, Superman). This is strictly limited to the GM's discretion,
though (eg, making Superman "zap" away).
Teleportation can only be used when Dispersal is on. This represents Light's ability to become light and zap away (much like Blue Supes).
Dispersal only allows objects smaller than him to pass through him. For example, bullets could pass through him when his Dispersal is on but he could not go through a solid wall.

Description:
Dr. Light wears a white on black costume.
On his chest is what appears to be a ball of light and from his head are
what appear to be flames (a la Firestorm). He has an average to unattractive
appearance.
Personality:
Dr. Light was always a two-bit coward of a
villain. Since his experience in the Power Battery, he tries to be more
arrogant and confident. However, at his heart, Light is still the same
two-bit coward of a villain he always was.
